JENNIFER (“JEN”) HOYE
I am a seasoned content strategist and marketing communications professional with over two decades of experience spanning diverse industries.
I have a proven track record of delivering impactful results and am passionate about driving the vision, strategy, and execution needed to elevate content and user engagement. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated the ability to captivate audiences and drive results with content across a variety of mediums.
My leadership extends to shaping brand voice, alongside steering organic search visibility, social media channels, and demand generation campaigns.
In addition to content strategy, I have experience managing high-profile corporate social media handles. Under my management, the @DellTechPartner Twitter account (the official corporate account of the Dell Technologies Partner Program) audience grew to 30.5K highly engaged followers, with @DellTechPartner consistently ranking among the top 20% of Dell corporate branded Twitter handles.
Described as a strategic and thoughtful communicator who leads with integrity, empathy, and courage, I work to foster an inclusive work environment and build strong collaborative partnerships across functions and teams.
In 2013, I self-published Lights on! 100 Years of Family Memories on the Taunton Green to commemorate the 100th annual lighting of the Taunton (Massachusetts) Green, and all proceeds helped fund the City's centennial celebration.
Outside of my professional life, I am a passionate mental health and suicide prevention advocate. From my own family’s suicide loss, I found a path toward healing through writing and connecting with other loss survivors, those struggling with depression and/or mental illness, and those supporting loved ones through their own journeys.
From 2017 - 2020, I captained #TeamTeddy for the Samaritans 5K Run/Walk for Suicide Prevention in memory of my brother, Teddy Fusco. I founded Healing Miles suicide loss remembrance walks in September 2020.
In April 2021, I participated in the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention Marathon in a Month, during which I walked more than 300 miles and met with local mayors and elected officials to discuss suicide prevention. I was named the top individual fundraiser for the event, raising $11,037 - 17% of the total amount raised during the event by any individual or team.
I’ve since transitioned to running - specifically marathon and half marathon running - as a way to continue my advocacy and fundraising. On October 9, 2022, I completed the Chicago Marathon with Team AFSP’s Race for Hope team - marking the 3rd marathon in 12 months for AFSP (including Boston Marathon 2021 and 2022).
My support for AFSP’s lifesaving work goes beyond running and fundraising - I was recently named to the Board for the AFSP Massachusetts Chapter, and am and active AFSP volunteer and AFSP Talk Saves Lives program trainer.
